===== Documents in your trip =====

Store booking confirmations, tickets, admission tickets or itineraries as **PDF or photo** directly on the matching **activity**. **Documents** in the trip's quick access shows all documents of the trip in one place.

  * PDFs open in the built-in viewer (jump to page, “Open with …”).
  * Documents are synced with the trip and available to all fellow travellers – also offline once loaded.
  * **Limits:** free up to 3 documents (max. 2 MB each) per trip; with Premium up to 5 documents per activity.
  * **Group trips:** only the leaders upload documents and can hide individual documents from participants.

===== Importing bookings with AI (Premium) =====

Instead of typing, let Explority read:
  - In the trip **“+”** → **“Import booking”** (photo/PDF) or **“From clipboard”** (copied text of a booking email).
  - The AI recognises flights, trains, hotels, rental cars, events etc. including times, places, booking references and price.
  - You **review** the suggestions, change them if needed and apply them. The original can be attached as a document.

The AI only copies what is in the document – a time that isn't there won't be invented.

===== Sharing from other apps =====

You can send content directly **to Explority**, e.g. from Mail, Files, Photos or Apple Wallet:
  * In the other app tap **Share** and choose **Explority**.
  * Choose the trip – Explority reads the content or assigns a Wallet ticket to the matching activity.

Available on iPhone/iPad and Android.

===== Tickets from Wallet and calendar =====

Free and without AI:
  * **Wallet ticket (''.pkpass'')** – creates an activity or attaches the ticket as a scannable code to your booking details.
  * **Calendar entry (''.ics'')** – becomes an activity.

===== Personal ID documents =====

Passport, ID card and driving licence do **not** belong in the trip documents but in the encrypted [[en:travel_documents|travel documents vault]], which stays on your device only.
