Under **Tools → Trips & offers** you find trips you can join and – as an organiser or tour operator – **package deals**. The view adapts to your account role. You need to be signed in.

===== For everyone: public trips =====

Tour operators can **advertise trips publicly**. You see destination, dates, programme and free places and can **request to join**. The operator accepts or declines (with a reason); if accepted, you automatically become a member of the trip. Your requests and their status are in the same area; open requests can be withdrawn.

Some package deals are also open to **private individuals** and can be requested directly.

===== For organisers: package deals =====

**Package deals** are ready-made group trips from tour operators – bus, accommodation and programme in one package.
  * **Browse and filter** by destination, duration, target group and price.
  * **Details:** services included, daily programme, dates or booking period, travel options, choices (e.g. room category) and add-ons with prices.
  * **Request:** number of people, preferred date, selected options and a message. Explority shows a **price estimate**, which is stored with the request.
  * If the operator accepts, a **group trip** is created with the offer's programme, which you lead like any other [[en:group_trips|group trip]].

===== For tour operators (provider account) =====

  * **Provider profile** with name, logo, contact and description.
  * **Create package deals:** title, cover photo, destination, starting point, duration, price per person, availability (fixed dates or period), services included, travel options with surcharge, choice groups, add-ons, texts per day. You plan the **daily programme** in a template trip using normal activities.
  * **Publish / withdraw**.
  * **Answer requests** for your offers and public trips (accept, decline, archive). A red dot shows when something needs your attention.
  * **Advertise trips publicly** and handle join requests.
  * Use the **provider code** to bring colleagues into a trip.
  * As a tour operator you always have access to all Premium features.

===== Discover =====

**Discover** (for organisers and tour operators) shows destinations and activity tips based on **anonymous ratings** from past group trips, plus suitable accommodation and tour operators. Sponsored entries are labelled as such. After a trip you can rate destinations yourself and share activities as tips.
